Franklin Templeton Investments及其所有关联公司和相关公司从未授权“北京弘力天国际投资顾问有限公司”（“该公司”）为它们在中国境内或境外从事任何活动和业务，及从未与该公司及称为 “Franklin Fund Group” 的公司或其代表处有任何形式的关系。

Franklin Resources, Inc. and its subsidiaries are referred to as Franklin Templeton Investments, a global asset management organization. The Beijing representative office of Templeton International, Inc. (a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc.) hereby announces as follows:
Franklin Templeton Investments and all of its affiliated and related companies have never authorized Beijing Honglitian In-ternational Investment Advisory Co., Ltd. (北京弘力天国际投资顾问有限公司in Chinese) (“Company”) to conduct any activity or business on their behalf within or outside of China, and have never had any relationship whatsoever with the said Company or with a so-called “Franklin Fund Group” or its representative offices.
